Are you about to implement a large project and you do not have much experience with preparing and planning the project?

For our clients we perform the customized workshops on project planning. Before carrying out the workshop, together we prepare the workshop content so that meets the client's requirements and needs as much as possible. Afterwards we go togehter through the project documentation and prepare the bases for the efficient workshop execution. Next, on the workshop itself we address the particular project examples and project situations and advise on the development of project plans and way to implement and monitor the project.

In addition to the project planning workshops, in arrangement with the customer we also organize other customized thematic workshops on project management topic.

For the training or workshop we provide the classroom with all the necessary equipment. Workshop is lead by the internationally certified project managers who have the extensive experience in project management.
