Project Management Fundamentals workshop is designed for those who are in their work often faced with projects and would like to be introduced with the recommendations from the project management practice.

Workshop participants learn the basic features of the project management processes, get to know which documents are typically used and what are the traps that they should avoid for the successful implementation of the project. Workshop content is based on the globally accepted project management standards and includes instructions and recommendations from the experienced project managers.

Workshop participants become familiar with the project documentation (WBS, change request, open issue, status report, ...) and are able to use it afterwards in their project work.

For the training or workshop we provide the classroom with all the necessary equipment. Workshop is lead by the internationally certified project managers who have the extensive experience in project management.
